DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery from £1.95

The cost of postage is dependant on the weight - So the more you buy the more you will save on postage.

All items will be sent out on Working Days Monday to Friday between 9am - 1pm  There will be no posting on UK public/bank holidays.
 

U.K Postage

 Standard Delivery = All items will be sent out via 2nd class Standard Recorded Delivery or Tracked Post  (3-5 days), unless another delivery option is chosen.  

Next Day Delivery Service = This is a Monday to Saturday Next Day Delivery service for UK purchases only.

We normally dispatch within 1-2 working days.
 

International Shipping

All International parcels will be sent via International Signed For Service and will require a signature on delivery.  Please Note; For Europe and Worldwide International Shipping the relevant customs policy of shipping destination will apply.

Do note that your purchase and delivery process is composed of three stages;

 - Payment
                             - Quality Control & Dispatch
- Delivery

If there is a problem with your credit card, there may be delays in delivery. In case there is a problem with payment, you may receive an e-mail with a failed payment notification - please contact us.

We keep all proof of posting for outgoing mail - Should your parcel not arrive within 7-10 working days please inform us.  Royal Mail requires upto 15 working days for U.K deliveries before they consider a parcel lost, they will then make enquiries to the whereabout's of the parcel. Once a confirmation from Royal Mail has been received for the lost parcel we will refund the item. Should you wish to follow up a lost parcel with Royal Mail yourself please contact us for your reference details.
